LOCAL BYFORD COLOUR

A collaborative work with the Byford Secondary College students, this work explores the everchanging light quality particular to this region and explores colour ‘vibration’. The three-dimensional layering adds to the colour exploration through shadows and light variation. This linked with the student curriculum, by researching the subject matter, processes and theoretical positioning of Western Australian artists, Howard Taylor and Brian McKay.
